Conecta SSDs U.2 NVMe a slots M.2 M-key em placas-mãe. Útil para adicionar drives NVMe de 2,5 polegadas a PCs domésticos.
Bridging the U.2 form factor to an M.2 slot, this adapter cable allows a 2.5-inch U.2 NVMe SSD to connect to the M-key socket on a consumer motherboard. Both interfaces speak NVMe over PCIe, so the link carries the drive's data at up to 32 Gbps without protocol translation. The cable exists because enterprise-style U.2 drives use a different connector than the M.2 sticks most desktop boards expose. A short 0.5-meter run keeps the high-speed PCIe signal clean between the board and a drive mounted in a bay. It is a niche accessory for adding U.2 storage to standard PCs, priced around $10 to $20.
