Eine DisplayPort-Funktion, die es einem Ausgang ermöglicht, mehrere unabhängige Displays anzusteuern.
MST teilt die DisplayPort-Bandbreite zwischen daisy-chain-verketteten Monitoren oder einem Hub auf und gibt jedem Display ein unabhängiges Signal. Ein einzelner DP 1.4-Port kann zwei 4K@60Hz-Monitore oder drei 1440p-Monitore über MST ansteuern. HDMI unterstützt MST nicht.
